Nathan Palinz: Chief Business Development Officer, Director

Nathan Palinz is an MFA graduate of the Stark Program at USC, Palinz has produced and directed grant and award-winning projects in Boston, NYC, Washington D.C., Austin, San Francisco, L.A., London and Paris. He’s worked at companies ranging from ABC News to Horizon Wind Energy and considers himself an entrepreneur and filmmaker with a passion for emerging media technology. Likes: Public Libraries, Live Music, Keurig Coffee Makers Dislikes: Bubble Tea, Chalk, the “Fail Whale”.

Val Iadi, Director of Marketing and Sponsorships

Val Iadi is a graduate from San Francisco State University’s Apparel Design and Merchandising program. Shortly after graduating Val had the opportunity to combine her passion for both fashion and movies by pursuing a career in film as a Costume Designer. Since then she has worked on a various shows, commercials, and movies throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and L.A. GeGe Urengu, Social Media Coordinator

Gege Urengu is a graduate student at the University of Southern California. She is getting her Master’s in Communication Management with an emphasis in Marketing. Before doing social media and PR for “The V-Show” Gege has had various internships in the Internet Marketing and PR fields with companies such as Quiksilver, the AVP Pro Beach Volleyball Tour, and others. In addition, Gege is an active Twitterer and blogger, and she also plays beach volleyball for the USC Women’s Sand Volleyball team. Likes: traveling, mediterranean food, sandy beach hair. Dislikes: country music, bees, slow Internet.

Ash Stenczik, Social Media Marketing Intern

Ashley Stenczik is a Wisconsin native currently attending California State University, Northridge with a major in Film Production and a minor in Marketing. Before her Social media internship with V-Girl, Ash has worked with various Production and Networking companies such as Launch Flix, Marx Creative and Scion Dental. Tommy “Money” Foley


Tommy Foley is the Founder and CEO of XATS, a trading system for the private market, and FinancialOS, the world’s first financial operating system. Prior to this, Thomas was the Director of Business Development with Moblyng – a social mobile media and gaming company. Before joining the Moblyng team, Mr. Foley worked in investment banking where he ran multiple processes in the Software and CleanTech sectors. As Vice President with Bay Capital Partners and an Associate at Arbor Advisors he focused on primarily on M&A and private equity transactions. Prior to that, Thomas worked at the investment division of CB Richard Ellis and also in Business Development for two Silicon Valley start-ups: iPlayMusic and FlipTrack.com. Mr. Foley was an All-American Water Polo player, and at UCLA he helped the team to a National Championship. Thomas also went on to represent the United States on the Men’s Junior National Team. Thomas holds a BA in Economics from UCLA and a minor in Philosophy. He holds leadership board positions at Menlo School, the Olympic Club and the BizWorld Foundation.

Jeff “Dreamland” Morris Jr.

Jeffrey Morris works in Digital Media at United Talent Agency in Beverly Hills. His department represents web talent, technology companies, intellectual property and video game publishers. Prior to joining United Talent Agency, Jeffrey studied in the Peter Stark Producing Program at the USC School of Cinematic Arts. Mr. Morris has worked in film, television, technology and gaming since his youth in Silicon Valley, and has spent time at Overture Films, Manage-Ment, Electronic Arts, Original Film and Protrade.com. Likes: Apple, Travels based on Foursquare Mayorships, John Cusack. Dislikes: Traffic violations caused by Twidroid–most expensive free app ever!

Mill “Need Some” Bickitt

Mill Bickitt is the Co-founder and CEO of the social entertainment company, EQAL, and is the co-creator and Executive Producer of the web series lonelygirl15 and KateModern. After graduating from medical school and entering a plastic surgery residency, Miles came up with the idea of posting a serialized drama on the internet and along with Mesh Flinders and Greg Goodfried, created lonelygirl15 in the summer of 2006. Miles and Greg followed this success by launching KateModern in the summer of 2007 and forming EQAL to build communities around entertainment and consumer brands.
